Recipe: Natural Herbal Electrolyte Drink

This naturally cooling and hydrating herbal electrolyte drink is rich in vitamins and minerals. It's simple to make and refreshingly delicious. It's the perfect drink to enjoy on a hot summer day.

How to make your own refreshing natural herbal electrolyte drink:
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Hibiscus Flower
1 tablespoon Oat Straw
1 tablespoon Marshmallow Root
1 tablespoon Nettle Leaf
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
17.5 oz Coconut Water
Juice of 1 Lemon
32oz of Water
Directions
Add the hibiscus, oat straw, marshmallow root, nettle and sea salt into a 32 oz mason jar or french press.
Pour 32oz of water over the herb mixture. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight for a stronger infusion.
Remove from the fridge and strain the herbal infusion into a pitcher
Stir in the coconut water and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Pour over ice and enjoy!
Storage
Keep any remaining drink in the fridge
Best enjoyed within 3 days.
