With so much happening in the world, calming our nervous systems can feel like a challenge, no matter how hard we try. Lately, I've been enjoying this daily nourishing infusion and wanted to share it with you.
A little extra nervous system support can go a long way and I hope you find it as comforting as I do!

Nourishing Herbal Infusion
By Danielle Caster
Ingredients:
3 parts tulsi (holy basil)
2 parts rose
1 part oat straw
1 part moringa
1 part nettle
1/2 part licorice (omit if you have have high blood pressure)
Directions:
Using the parts system, mix together your tea blend, storing any left over tea blend in an air tight container.
Add 2 tablespoons for every 8 ounces of hot water.
Cover and let steep for at least 15 minutes but up to an hour.
Enjoy.
Notes:
I make this infusion in a french press. This allows for a larger amount that you can drink throughout the day.
